Description
Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) intends to undertake a future procurement for the provision of a procurement and contract management solution. BFL is seeking a modern, cloud-based platform that supports the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including procurement compliance, eTendering, supplier management, contract management, reporting, governance, and integration with existing enterprise systems. This Planned Procurement Notice is published to provide advance visibility of BFL's procurement intentions and to assist suppliers in preparing for a forthcoming competitive procurement process. The publication of this notice does not constitute a call for competition, a formal invitation to tender, or any commitment by BFL to procure goods or services. BFL reserves the right not to proceed with the procurement or to amend the scope and requirements described in this notice. BFL currently operates multiple systems across procurement, contract management, and related business processes. The organisation is exploring the procurement of a strategic platform that will: Support compliance with the UK Procurement Act 2023. Integrate with the Central Digital Platform (CDP). Provide end-to-end sourcing and contract management functionality. Integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and associated business systems. Support future expansion into Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), advanced analytics, supply chain management, and AI-assisted procurement. Further details regarding the proposed procurement, including anticipated timelines and procurement documentation, will be published in due course through the appropriate procurement channels.
