Expression of Interest: Refurbishment and upgrade of Community Hub roof, refurbishment of 2No. toilet blocks and construction of new toilet facilities

Description

Refurbishment of Community Hub roof and replacement fascias, barges and gutters with extension of existing fencing to yard. Refurbishment of Cory toilets and Railway toilets. Construction of new toilet block at Lawn's car park at Padstow, Cornwall. The works are due to be undertaken during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026. Expressions of interest should be sent to the Town Clerk by email enquiries@padstow-tc.gov.uk The tender documents are due to be issued to the selected contractors W/C 17 August 2026 with a four-week tender period.
